A meditation, written while you listen to it.

Not a recording. Say what kind of evening you have had and it writes you a session for that, one sentence ahead of where you are.

Start a session

No card to start, and the free allowance renews every month.

Speak whenever you like. It stops mid-sentence and listens. Whether that changes the session is its call — a murmur is not an interruption, and “this isn’t working” is.

Anything you have heard, you can hear again. Sessions are kept as you heard them, silences and all.

Free is about eight sessions a month. The whole thing, not a sample of it — both plans do the same things.

What you choose, before a word of it exists

None of it is behind a plan. The free plan gets every kind of session, at every length, in every voice.

5 kinds of session

Different shapes rather than different scripts: a counted descent, a way down into the earth, a voyage, a count to breathe to, or the people you have been.

Five minutes to thirty

Four lengths, and you can leave any of them whenever you like.

2 voices

Both American, and they differ in how much of the reader you notice. Play either one here, before you commit to twenty minutes of it.

Michael · Male

American, plain and neutral. The steadiest of the two.

Nicole · Female

American, breathy and very close. The slower reader.

A heart monitor, if you own one

Pair a pulse oximeter and the session reads your heart rate as it goes. It is never mentioned out loud — it just changes what happens next.

Nothing is written until you say what kind of evening you have had.
